Panel Masters New Office Building

New headquarters for Panel Masters Inc. built in Lafayette, CO with Symmetry Builders.

We built this building to showcase our favorite parts of tilt-up. The building is a 13,177 square foot Thermomass mixed use building utilizing 15,548 square feet of tilt-up panel. It showcases multiple patterns of reveal as well as an intricate installation of thin brick in a herringbone pattern. The highlight of the building is the blue curved vestibule roof panels which slid into the vertical panels, like a key into a lock, to give the project more depth and continuity. These roof panels rest on monolithic return legs on the main building panels. A very unique use of tilt-up ingenuity.
